Contract notice: flexible service provider register of psychotherapy services
In the service provider register, the object of procurement is psychotherapy services for the kanta-häme hospital district and the kanta-häme welfare area. it is a procurement of social and health services in accordance with appendix e of the procurement act. the provisions of chapter 12 of the procurement act and the general principles of procurement in accordance with section 3 apply to the procurement. the procurement is carried out as a flexible electronic service provider register, (hereinafter referred to as the service provider register), which means the procedure designed and described by the procurement unit in accordance with the principles of the procurement act for procuring the services that are the subject of the procurement. the service provider register and the contracts based on it will be transferred in their entirety to the kanta-hämi welfare area from 1 january 2023. the service provider register is divided into categories in the establishment phase as follows: category 1 childrens psychotherapy services category 2 youth psychotherapy services category 3 adults object and conditions of the procurement of psychotherapy services and the validity of the service provider register are described in more detail in the appendix principles of the service provider register. in the future, the procurement unit will carry out tenders for services subject to procurement in the service provider register as needed. the welfare area reserves the right to organize services also with the help of other methods of organization and service vouchers referred to in § 9 of the law on the welfare area (611/2021). the establishment of the service provider register does not limit the possibility of the procuring entity to acquire the services it is subject to in accordance with section 110 of the procurement act as customer-specific direct procurement when the customer-specific need requires direct procurement and the conditions for direct procurement are at hand. the application for participation is made by responding to this request for participation. only service providers approved in a certain category of the service provider register receive a request for a quote and can submit a quote. making a request to participate does not oblige you to submit an offer. the procurement unit reserves 30 working days for the processing of participation applications received by 11:59 p.M. on january 16, 2023, during the establishment phase of the service provider register. the first tender requests within the procurement system are sent when at least all applications received by the set deadline have been processed. after the establishment phase, the subscriber processes participation applications within 10 working days of receiving the participation application or, if the application arrives while the system is closed, of reopening the register. the customer can extend the deadline t |
