The object of this dynamic procurement system (dhj) is the remote monitoring and management of waterway safety equipment. dhjs object is described in more detail in the request for participation and its attachments. the waterways agency mainly takes care of the maintenance of the finnish waterway network. there are a total of approximately 8,200 km of coastal waterways and approximately 8,000 km of inland waterways, or a total of approximately 16,200 km. there are about 4,100 km of these commercial shipping lanes. the waterways agency manages the waterways, which are divided into waterway classes (vl) 1–6. there are approximately 25,500 waterway safety devices on the waterways. lane maintenance is the maintenance of safety devices, which focuses on periodic inspections, maintenance visits and repairing defects. the faults are mostly light failures of illuminated safety devices and breakages and displacements of floating safety devices. failure or displacement of remotely monitored safety devices is known in real time, which shortens failure times and improves safety. by monitoring the status of the safety device, it is possible to anticipate problems, schedule maintenance procedures correctly and possibly even prevent failure. the observability of remotely controlled security devices improves when the light output can be adjusted according to the conditions (fog, snow, background light, etc.) remote monitoring is mainly utilized with illuminated security devices on the main commercial shipping lanes. there are a total of approx. 1,500 lighted safety devices in class 1, of which almost 1,000 are floating. there are approximately 2,050 remotely monitored security devices, of which 160 are remotely controlled.The object of dhj is the remote monitoring and management of waterway safety devices. the target of the dynamic procurement system includes e.G. the following services:• remote monitoring and management software• interfaces between remote monitoring and management software and other information systems• production environment (server platform, internet connection, service for receiving sms messages, etc.)• interfaces to remote monitoring devices for waterway safety devices• ordering sim cards for safety devices from the contact person of the norwegian railways agency and forwarding them to the equipment supplier and for contractors. reporting needs and changes related to access points (e.G. opening and closing access points) to the highways agency• during the duration of the support and maintenance service djj, all interested candidates can submit an application to participate in it. dhj is valid until the date stated in the procurement notice, unless it is interrupted or changed during the validity period of dhj. väylävirasto implements procurements among candidates approved for dhj through dhjs internal tenders, which can be s |
